Extreme Makeover TNC Style...MERRY CHRISTMAS NAHS!!
Teachers can instruct our students in math, science, and language, but more than that, teachers can give our children the will to continue learning for the rest of their lives. The gift of never-ending education is one for which we cannot show enough gratitude—but we can certainly try. The monumental responsibility of teachers should be met with an equally awe-inspiring show of appreciation. -Unknown
With that in mind, this Christmas, we set out to give the teachers at North Augusta High School that awe-inspiring show of appreciation via an extreme makeover of the teacher lounges…TrueNorth Style. Unlike other school projects we have done, we felt that a lounge makeover would let the teachers know that we recognize and appreciate the imperative and inspiring work that they do each and every day.
With a small budget, limited resources, a short amount of time and a few key volunteers, we set out on our mission: to create a great environment for these well-deserving teachers.
The only thing missing was Ty Pennington shouting "Bus driver, move that bus!!"
